A Contra Dance for All

  • Camp Frienship 339 8th Street Brooklyn, NY, 11215 United States (map)

Music by: Some Assembly Required

The Some Assembly Required Trio brings the energy of NYC's best musicians to the Brooklyn Contra stage. This week Matthew Christian's signature busker's fiddle sound is joined by Hilary Hawke's big stage banjo and Colin Forhan's traveler's guitar. Hilary's dynamic playing has been featured in Broadway's recent Oklahoma revival, while Colin is fresh off of the road with Eileen Iver's national touring company. Together, they'll bring joyus, dynamic, interpretations of traditional Appalachian and Irish tunes to help you whirl away the night.
